YeahThatGuy LLC will ship orders using the method you select from the available options. Estimated delivery times are approximate and should be considered as guidelines only. Spares is not responsible for any damages or losses due to shipping delays.

We strive to process and ship orders within two business days of the original transaction, but we do not guarantee this timeframe. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has shipped.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when you purchase a product from this website. You are responsible for all shipping-related taxes and agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export laws for any products purchased or received under this Agreement.

  • Domestic delivery: Estimated within 3–5 business days from the date of shipping.
  • International delivery: Estimated between 10–15 business days, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on location and customs processing.

Spares uses third-party shipping service providers to fulfill orders. As such, YeahThatGuy LLC is not liable for loss, damages (direct or indirect), or expenses due to shipping issues. Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is transferred to the shipping provider.

Spares does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances

Return Policy

At Spares, we take pride in our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, please email us immediately at info@spareplugs.com with your order number and a description of your return request.

If you believe you have received a defective product under warranty (the "Warranty"), please contact us at support@spareplugs.com.

You may exchange or return any product purchased from SparePlugs.com for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Unopened products may be exchanged at any time.
  • Opened or used products may not be eligible for returns, and other restrictions may apply.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the original order and the return shipment.
  • In certain cases, YeahThatGuy LLC may cover return shipping costs at its sole discretion.

Certified Retailer Returns

If you purchased your Spares product through one of our certified retailers, please follow their return policy. If you encounter any issues with your return, contact us at support@yeahthatguy.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
